This is where it all started. Concept development and initial project structure. What is the vision for Around and core features.

    January - April

    Concept and visual identity, UX design and wireframing, design, repository created, frontend completed, landing page launched.

    Goal: establish a clear product direction, visual identity, and a strong foundation for fast development.

  • In progress

    April - May

    Backend and core features are developed. Launch strategy developed. Strategy and design for social media developed.

    Goal: launch an initial MVP early in june. Start posting on social media.

    Focus: onboarding, relationship/contact setup, simple presence sharing, and a stable core experience.

    June - August

    Closed testing with a small number of users.

    Goal: validate whether the product actually feels useful and simple in everyday life.

    Focus: user feedback, bug fixing, onboarding friction, and what drives repeat usage.

    September - October

    Iteration on the MVP based on test data.

    Goal: improve the core experience before a broader rollout.

    Focus: stability, speed, notifications, privacy, and clearer user flows.
